Chia Seed Pudding!








































Making a delicious chia seed pudding is a sinch! I love to eat mine with raw nuts and fresh fruit or in breakfast parfaits.  Honestly the possibilities and flavor combos are endless.  When chia seeds sit in liquid, they become gelatinous, creating a healthy tapioca-like pudding! They are a great source of natural energy, omega 3's, and fiber!

For One Serving:
2 Tbs. chia seeds
1/2 cup almond milk/coconut milk
1Tbs. agave
1/4th tsp. vanilla extract

Mix everything together in a small bowl, cover and let sit in the fridge for at least an hour.  That's all folks!
