Vegan Apple Butter, Almond, Raisin Muffins!

I whipped these babies up the other night with ingredients from my fridge and pantry.  It was three degrees outside, and I was not gonna leave the house for anything.  These muffins turned out delicious.  I've been eating them nonstop...breakfast, snacks, dinner.  They are also man approved; my husband and my dad gave them the thumbs up.

Ingredients: Makes 12 muffins
3/4 c apple butter
1 heaping tbsp. coconut oil
1 c flour (any kind you like)
1/2 c oats
1c almond milk
1/4 c slivered almonds
1/2 c raisins,
 plus extra for the top
large pinch of salt
3-4 dashes cinnamon
dash ground ginger
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 heaping tbsp. agave
sesame seeds (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and mix all these lovely ingredients up in an electric mixture or by hand if you are looking to beef up your forearms.  Grease a muffin tray with coconut oil and spoon the mixture in evenly.  Sprinkle the top with more raisins and sesame seeds.  Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.  Bon Appetit!!
